1. Hospitality was TOP NOTCH. We showed up a couple of hours before check in, intending on relaxing at the property while we waited for our room. Instead, Diane checked us into a different room immediately and moved our massage appointment up by an hour.
3. STEVE! Steve is an asset to the place, his fun personality, amazing massage skills, and his food made the stay over the top great
Very eclectic and cluttered, far from town, owner collects knick knacks which clutter every available corner. Not really "lake front", you can see the lake, but you are not near the lake.
We plan to visit again next month. Fantastically priced, perfect couples get away.
Diane and Steve made us feel right at home. The view of Cayuga Lake was absolutely gorgeous. The Hot Tub was splendid as well.
We had a very pleasant experience ..wished we could have stayed longer but we were just passing through and stayed for one night. The owner is so friendly and accommodating. She definitely has a gift for decorating with warm antique furniture and special femine touches with bows and special soaps and lotions....but the view of the lake from the patios and decks are stunning!! Plan to go back again!!
EXCELLENT. We absolutely love Diana! The place was simply amazing. It was a last minute family get a way. We ended up in a section of the house which was private yet easy access to the main social room. The pictures on line did not do it justice. It is fabulous with a romantic view of the lake, relaxing hot tub with privacy, comfortable rooms, quiet, fun things to do, super clean and fantastic coffee and food! It is so easy to get to all you want to see and do around the lake and Ithaca.
2. Location is close enough to Ithaca to enjoy the town, far enough away to enjoy the scenery.
