I had a nail in my tire. Called Monro even though it was close to closing time. They were waiting for us as we pulled in, fixed the tire quickly and at such a reasonable price. The staff here was so kind and professional and saved the day for us!
The customer service on the phone made it clear to me that this isn't the place to go to. I took my business to Midas instead where they at least knew how to talk and be helpful to their customers.

They removed my current safety inspection thinking I would just leave the car with them to fix.
I brought my car to another inspection station and it passed with no issues.
As a girl who doesn’t know so much about car I trust this place for my last minute urgent issue but I got robbed. I spent 618$ when it supposed to only cost 250$. Lesson learnt. Stay away from this place.

These guys want your money so much that they will fail your car for inspection and lie or fabricate issues.
